1. Create a skin (or go to a skin website, like minecraftskins.net or .com)
2. If using a skin from a website, find the skin you like, then click Upload to Minecraft
3. It will tell you to log in, then it will say Do you want to change skins?
4. You changed skins. That's it.
(if creating a skin, all you have to do is create a skin, go to minecraft.net, go to My Profile, find the words "Upload Skin" (it'll say something like "Okay, so you don't like Steve's looks. Don't worry. I won't tell him. Instead you can upload your skin."), when you click Upload Skin you will be able to go through your computer, find the picture of the skin, and then your done.)
