If you type in your username and old password then press change password. It will tell you what you need to fill in I GET A NEW PASSWORD AND I TYPE IN MY USERNAME AN PASSWORD AN IT SAYS ( PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PASSWORD IS CORRET BUT I FORGET MY PASSWORD

∙ 12y agoyou nned to go to options then it will appear 3 columns on one of them u will see change your password , then type the old one and put the new one you will receive a nothification that you change your password

∙ 13y agoYou cannot find somebody else's password for Build-A-Bearville, but somebody may tell you their password if they please. Or, if you have forgotten your own password you can click the I forgot my password icon on the sign in page underneath the user name and password boxes. Then Build-A-Bear will send you your password via email.
