You have to get access to the minecraft pe files. Like maybe with a program on your computer. Once in the files, find char.png and replace it with your desired skin (make sure its named char.png)! Enjoy your new skin! The problem with doing this is you are the only one who can see the skin you have. Also, everybody will look like your skin to you.
