The best place to find a charge cooler would be on a site such as Amazon. This site tends to sell a wide range of products including items such as charge coolers.
It should be 134A, look at the fittings, if there are threads on the outside it's R-12. If they look like air hose quick connects it' 134A
You should look at the manufacturers directions to see. It's not always the same for every unit.

Evaporator temp should be 15 Degrees. Gauge pressure should be around 15psig
you can have a licensed r-12 mechanic charge it for you or you can get the r-12 to r-134a adapters for it, but you have to change the dryer.
