The rhino is much bigger and heavier than a lion. In fact, a rhino can charge and stab the lion with its horn.
so you can be in charge of tigers
When God created the first lion. But it wasn't named a lion until Adam named it lion.
When not plugged in, laptops require batteries to power the device. Battery types for notebooks can differ. Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) batteries are low in cost, versatile, and the first rechargeable batteries for laptops. Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) batteries are significantly better due to improvements in capacity, safety, and reliability. Lithium Ion (LiON) batteries are most popular due to being lightweight and improved memory effect. "Smart" or "dumb" batteries are better at managing battery energy and reporting charge state.
3.6v Lion batteries much be charged with caution. If the voltage drops below 2.4V or exceeds 4.5v they can begin to leak lithium, which as you may already know, reacts violently with water and to a lesser extent oxygen. Similar to the way sodium reacts. For this reason Lion battery cells have an inbuilt protection circuit to prevent them from going over and under charge. Normally electronic chargers are used to charge the battery in stages, and this is by far the best way... However, if in the absence of these, you may find an LM7805 (or other breed of 7805 chip) regulator IC to bring 6 volts down to 5. You could then use a 1N4004 diode and a 1k ohm (1watt) resitior in series with the positive line to limit the charge current. I would not recommend this, as it is an emergency sollution only, and you could seriously damage or explode the battery if this is left attached to the abttery more than a couple of minutes. The components mentions are salvagable from a great many devices, and can be used in an emergency situation to power or charge a mobile telephone for instance. If in doubt, purchase a USB phone charger from Ebay (cheaply), and feed the power connections with 5vdc. the resulting output should be suitable for a Lion 3.7v pack. for usb pinouts go to www.pinouts.ru
He killed the Nemean lion and used its skin as a cloak.
in lion witch and the waroboe when do we first get the idea that a battle id coming
the stand by time of any battery depends upon the power usage of the load. usually the cell phones having Lion 800 mA battery will have standby time varying from 5 to 7 days depending up on the manufacturer.
Do not run. If you turn and run the lion will probably come after you. If you can back up slowly till you are in a safe place ie. in a car. You are better to charge a lion than run from one as 9 out of 10 will back down.
Maximizing Battery Life While recent advances in battery technology have tremendously increased cell phone standby and talk time capabilities, even the strongest battery will eventually run out of power and need to be recharged. Discovering a dead battery when you need to your cell phone is a situation most of us can avoid by practicing a few simple usage and recharging habits. Fully discharge your battery before recharging (oldest type - no longer required on new battry type ) The oldest type of battery, Nickel-Cadmium (NiCad), needs to be recharged carefully. Make sure that NiCad batteries are completely discharged, or "empty," before recharging to avoid what is known as "memory effect." This is a condition in which your battery "forgets" its full charge capacity. "Memory effect" not only decreases the amount of power you receive per charge, but also shortens total battery life over the long term. "Memory effect" happens to a much lesser extent with the more recently developed Nickel-Metal Hydrate (NiMH) batteries, but it's still wise to periodically discharge fully before recharging, especially the first few times with brand new batteries. Upgrade to Lithium-ion The newest battery technology, the Lithium-Ion (LiON), provides longer life than nickel-based batteries and is not susceptible to "memory effect." That means you can randomly recharge LiON batteries without jeopardizing performance. However, when you are "breaking in" a new LiON battery, it's still a good idea to fully discharge it the first few times. Do not overcharge your battery With all types of batteries, be sure not to charge your battery much longer than what is specified by the manufacturer. Overcharging your battery "boils" its cells and affects long term performance. Keep an eye on your battery level. Most wireless phones have a battery level indicator on the display indicating how much power is available. Particularly if you travel frequently, are in a remote area, or keep your phone on hand for emergency purposes, it is important not to take chances with the battery level. Remember that entering numbers in the phone's memory, adjusting the phone's settings, and accessing features such as call history also tap battery power.
Lion being a meat eater is second level consumer. Herbivorous are first level consumers.
Margaret Mahy's first book was "A Lion in the Meadow," which was published in 1969. It is a children's picture book that tells the story of a boy who encounters a lion in the meadow near his home.
