On the back side just below the white battery cable plugin there is a very small slit in the housing. Using a small Phillips screwdriver remove the 4 screws that hold the rear housing on the watch. You will see the remant of a small clear plastic peice that is stuck in the small slit. Carefully remove this piece and the watch will function and charge correctly.
Get the usb connector and plug it in the computer and turn on the computer, press the green button on the watch and wait till it says BATTERY CHARGED, Then you can turn off the computer and spy watch and there you have it your spy-net spy-watch is fully charged
My watch batteries last about 3 hrs. So short!
