Have the bike level. Take out the dipstick and wipe it off. Put the dipstick back in to the threads but don't screw it in. Check the level on the side of the stick, the oil should be between the low and high marks.

I have a 1996 cbr 600 f3 and when I first bought it used it would not turn over for the life of it. It turned out that a major problem was the spark plugs needing to be replaced. That's the first thing to do. Next clean out those carbs with some good carb cleaner.
Get a cbr 1000. a good exhaust TwoBrothers, Yoshimura, D&D are good brands Put a bigger sprocket in the back and a smaller one in the front, this increses your tourqe and acceleration but lowers your top end speed, you can also get somthing called a power cammander and it cost about $350
