some websites do but some don't put a virus protector on your computer or laptop and it will tell u if the website has a virus or not
There is no real way to tell if a website has a virus unless it already has a history for attaching viruses to computers. For example, many game and sexually expicit sites are notorious for dropping viruses.

If you have a antivirus on your computer then you should be able to quarantine it. But, if not then if you go on symtec website or something like the Norton antivirus website then you may be able to find the virus and it will tell you what it is and how they suggest to get rid of it. x
