No. A 1997 does not use a coil rail.
A 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee has one ignition coil.

p0108 is manifold absolute pressure, and, P0351 is primary coil. I would suspect the PCM on your jeep is causing both codes, but check the primary coil wire first to be sure it is good.

Easiest check would be the cap and rotor then move on to a bad crank sensor
