Somewhere in the output of the command results, you will surely see the time the system was booted up. Along with the time and date of the OS installation and number of hotfixes you have installed if you are running vista.

This will work on both XP and Vista for sure. I only tested on vista, so I dont know whether the output result of the same command will be the same on XP.
