Put your hamster food in the freezer to prevent this. OR, It probably has mites. My hamster had mites, and she was losing fur on her back. We were wondering if we should take it to a vet, but she ended up healing by herself and is now perfectly fine. I'm not saying this is what you should do, because your hamster might not heal by itself; she might get worse. If she loses more hair, and still doesn't seem to be getting any better, I'd suggest bringing it to a vet. I hope your hamster gets better soon!
