There's a window low on the left side of the engine. If it's not too low or too full, then you will see the oil level between two lines on the the side of the window.
Look for a sight glass below the motor's front cylinder along the crankcase on the left side. With the motorcycle level the oil level should be between the upper and lower indicator marks.
