1.Warm the engine up to normal operating temperature 2.Place the AC temp selector to coldest setting and blower to the highest.Open the doors so AC system doesnt cycle off as soon as it cools the passenger compartment 3.After the system reaches operating temp feel the two pipes connected to the evaporator at the firewall.The thinner tubing leading from the condenser outlet to the evaporator should be warm and the evaporator outlet line thicker tubing that leads back to the compressor should be cold.If the two pipes are the same or close to the same temp the system charge is low
