In this case, you should try to get a dipstick as this is important. In the meantime, you should contact someone who owns a similar bike as ask to measure the dipstick. Then, get a medal rod, hammer its end flat so it has similar properties as the original stick. Then you bend it at the point where it has the correct length. You measure the oil level with this gadget until you can get the genuine thing. You can also use any thin metal rod and simply put some strong tape around it at the correct length, then measure the oil level. But note these are just temporary solutions, you need a new dipstick.
