.003 in
Intake valve .003, exhaust valve .005.
Valve clearance (cold) Intake 0.005 to 0.007 in Exhaust 0.010 to 0.012 in
my clymer states 0.08mm (0.003in) intake and exhaust
cold intake is 0.003 in or .07 mm cold exhaust is 0.003 in or .07 mm
Cold settings are Inlet 0.12-0.18 mm Exhaust 0.15-0.18 mm
Valve clearance is 0, the engine uses hydraulic lifters. I believe the setting is 0 lash + 1.5 turns, but don't quote me.
There should be a placard under the hood listing the valve clearance. 12 and 16 valve engines Intake and auxiliary valves .007 to .009 in (.17 to .22mm) Exhaust Valves (carbureted 12 valve engine) .007 to .009 in (.17 to .22mm) Exhaust Valves (all others) .009 to .011 in (.22 to .27mm) 8 valve engine Intake valves .005 to .007 in (.12 to .17mm) Exhaust valve .007 to .009 in (.17 to .22mm)

The idle for a 1986 Honda Accord is adjusted by a idle air control valve. These function by either tightening or loosening the valve. This controls how much air is allowed into the system, more air means higher idle and less means lower.
If you mean a reserve fuel switch, there isn't one. just a shutoff valve.
Check the fuel pump relay.
