If you have training points, you can buy spells from another school. That school is called a secondary school. You gain a Training Point every 4 levels but after you reach level 20, you can 1 training point every 5 levels. You can also earn training points by completing specific quests. Good Day!

You gain training points and go to ravenwood. Choose a school (Not your own) and use one of your training points to gain a spell. You can't get the spells from your secondary school that require a quest.

Well, you can't exactly change which school you're in, unless you want to make a whole new character and choose a different school.
