Finish all the Toontown central, Donald's dock, Daisy Garden, Minnie's melodyland, and the brrrgh. After u get ur cashbot suit and all that good stuff in donald's dreamland, you will begin to get tasks to work on ur lawbot suit. After u get ur suit, get some jury notices and fight the cj in the lawbot hq.
(So basically u gotta finish all ur main tasks b4 u can cj)

Of course you must because the cj will be a long adventure with all the work you have to do in each of the playgrounds. Besides you have to have a min. of 100 laff before entering cj.
