If it's a .32 Cal Model 1907, it was made approximately in 1911. An early production model.
Hmm -- is "2144891" the correct S/N or was it correct in the previous question, where it was "214891"? The answer changes considerably. Savage made three different semi-automatic pistols in .32 ACP and used a continuous serial numbering system for all three. The last Savage .32 ACP pistol made had a serial number of only 259472, so the number you are providing is either incorrect or not a serial number. The serial number should be stamped below the barrel at the front of the frame.
