Generally, the first thing you do is pick up any trash and remove any items that don't belong in the bathroom such as drinking glasses. Put any dirty clothes in there in the hamper. Then start cleaning the fixtures. Use glass cleaner and paper towel on the mirror. You can use a wash cloth and cleanser on the sink and the knobs (particularly if they are chrome or look like chrome). Mildly scrub out any soap scum, whiskers, and toothpaste. Then rinse the sink and the faucet, and then dry and shine the faucet. Then you have the toilet. Make sure it is flushed then dump in scouring powder. Then use a toilet brush to clean under the rim, around the bowl, and down in the hole. Then flush and see where you missed and clean again if necessary. If the tub is dirty, they clean it similar to how you cleaned the sink if it uses similar material. Otherwise, you might need to use something milder. Then you would throw away any paper products you used, put the wash cloth you used in the sink in with dirty clothes, or rinse it and fold it, and lay it on the sink. Then sweep the floor, and then mop it. Or vacuum it if it is carpeted. As a finishing touch, you can spray an air freshener.
