Where is the ECU on a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan
You don't clean the oil filter you replace it.
Turn off the engine. Locate the Power Steering reservoir. To prevent dirt entering and causing damage to the system, clean around the cap before removing it. Remove the cap, Fill reservoir to the correct level, replace the cap. Clean up any spillage.
A person adds power steering fluid to the reservoir under the car hood. It is added with a small clean funnel
Just replace it, the sensor on the top of it is usually what goes bad.
Purchase a can of Throttle body spray cleaner. Be sure it is sensor safe. Clean all the throttle linkage, and then clean inside the throttle body, making sure you clean the butterfly throughly.
You drain and refill the power steering fluid by disconnecting the return line to the Power steering fluid reservoir and starting the engine and moving the wheel from lock to lock. After doing this (evacuating all of the PS flulid) you need to refill the reservoir and move the wheel from lock to lock to get the air out of the system. It requires a hand held vacuum pump on the reservoir to "suck" all of the air out of the system. It can burn up your PS pump if there is air in the system. A better way to do it is to take a turkey baster and suck as much fluid as you can out of the reservoir and replacing it with clean fluid. If you do this every oil change the fluid will be clear and clean within 4 changes.
On most cars you simply take off the cap on the reservoir of the power steering fluid and the dip stick is attached to the cap. You clean it off, put it back on and pull it off again.
Because the water we get is from the reservoir. A reservoir is a reserved lake for tap water and drinking.
