For this particular pistol - Mk I, Mk II, and Mk III - it is highly recommended to let a professional handle this. Many reassembly mishaps have resulted from DIY-ing it with these pistols.

50-300 USD or so
$250-$500, depending of condition and which version.
100-1000 USD
You will have to define further. Ever made? Rifle or handgun? Bolt, semi, single shot, revolver, pistol?
It depends what year if its from, since there have been no "real" changes to the mark 3 over the past decades the value I would estimate for your Ruger mark 3 to be worth, assuming its in new condition would be probably be a $320 value. if it is a newer "version" of the mark 3 then probably $360. that is the list price from ruger anyway. also barrel length may effect the price but not drastically and any accessories on the firearm its self. hopefully this answered your question, thank you for asking.
You did not say whether your Ruger is a Mk I, II, or III, but the answer to all is: 1. Contact Ruger through their website, and request an owner's manual. They are free. There is a trick to the final re-assembly that the book covers. 2. Get a basic cleaning kit, including a cleaning rod, 22 brush, patch holder, cleaning solvent and patches. You can get one at any gun shop, or the sporting goods dept of the various *Mart stores. 3. Step one of cleaning is ALWAYS check to see that the firearm is unloaded.
there is no 45 pistol, however there is a 44 pistol. the 44 pistol can be found as random loot or off the corpse of someone with a 44 pistol.
