It's not much about the product as no generic cleaning agent can remove all types of marks and stains. For fabric upholstered furniture, steam cleaning is the best and most effective cleaning process. That is essential as fabric needs rinsing. But before steam cleaning, you should vacuum first. Consult a professional cleaner or your lounge manufacturer for recommendations.
If the board has gotten smudged, use windex glass cleaner and paper towels.
I recently bought a 2007 Jeep Cherokee, that is very clean and straight except for a few marks on the cloth upholstery .... Might seem rather obvious, but I just went along to the auto store and bought some upholstery cleaner. Worked a treat !!

Check the gas cap for rust marks, check the vacuum lines near the air cleaner, check the hoses at the vapor canister under the van.
Try some hair spray on it. I have seen the use it in stores for mens suits and it works great.
Normally they fade over time but I'm sure that if you use bleach or heavy duty cleaner it would work(although I haven't tried it)
Your chemistry is most likely out of balance. You need to clean up those wheel marks and balance the water chemistry. Also make sure that your filter is cleaned on a regular basis - this may not have a baring on the marks but it certainly would not hurt.
Any little marks on it from correcting fluid should be scraped off with a piece of plastic or wood so as not to scratch the glass. Then use an ordinary window cleaner, or vinegar, with newspaper and it should come up clean.
The UGG brand makes a conditioner/cleaner for the sheepskin on your UGGs. You'll have to buy that and follow the instructions to clean them properly. DO NOT put them in the washing machine. That will just ruin them further.
