== == Is actually really easy if you catch it soon enough, but if you are like most people that just maintain their vehicle by washing, waxing, and vacuuming the inside and forget to maintain their plastic headlights then you might need to restore /refinish them. By restoring them you regain optical clarity improving the light output, and doing so makes them look brand new again. Most common way is wet sanding the top layer then sealing the new plastic to lock in that new look. If you don't know where to start or don't have the supplies just jump online and just enter something like "foggy oxidized headlights" and you will find either someone in your area to clean/restore the headlights, or you can purchase a headlight cleaner/ headlight restoration kit to do-it-yourself. They are pretty cheap, about $30 for a good one with a sealer, and quite easy to do and use. Try to find one that requires no tools because sometimes experience is necessary to avoid burn marks or swirl marks in the plastic when using a drill. a rag, water and soap. elbow grease is a big help "( a rag. water and soap, elbow grease is a big help )" I believe the question is refering to the removal of a buildup of oxidation, those four combined elements will not have any effect on oxidation. An acrylic lens deoxidizer will remove the oxidation on contact.
Can you clean the glass on inside headlights audi a6?
once a week.

"dirt on the headlights can reduce their effectiveness up to 50 percent." drivegreen.com
If you're trying to clean them the haze is not on the inside it is on the outside. You can clean them by using a product called Crystalenz. I use their product when I detail headlights at used car dealerships and it works really well.
Externally, soapy water and a cloth.

Don't try and clean them ...just replace why should i try not to fix it myself it is cheaper
There are a number of Headlight cleaning kits available, some work, some don't. Google Clean your headlight lens, and call or research the companies to find the best.
