You will have to remove what ever is covering it up. A/c compressor, Power steering pump. You have to be able to drive it side ways in the block with a hammer and chisel. Then pull it out and sand the side's of the hole in the engine block and clean it. then get a socket that will fit into the new plug and drive it back in until it is flush with the engine block. then put it all back together.

I called the dealership and was told it didn't have one I guessed it's just one of the ways GM is cutting back on costs. If you are having the same problem you can take it to a Chevy dealership and have them clean the vents and tubes for about $200. All I did was blow them out with a air compressor then sprayed Lysol in them then blew them out again. It worked, or atleast it doesn't smell anymore.
