Let the pan soak for a few minutes before using a non-abrasive sponge or cloth to remove stuck on debris and food. Rinse the pan with warm water and dry with a clean cloth. If the pan is still greasy sprinkle a small amount of baking soda over the pan and scrub with a wet sponge or cloth. Rinse again with warm water and dry with a cloth. To finish wipe the pan with a bit of oil to prevent it from rusting.

You could add some butter or margerine to the bottom to melt to help flavor food and to help it not to stick. There are also plenty of non-stick sprays for cooking and baking that you could use. Make sure you are stirring or moving the food, too, if you are able to. This will help to make sure nothing burns, sticks, or solidifies along the bottom or side of the pot.
Have you tried using a paste of baking soda? You could make it up with lemon juice instead of water for extra effect
Use water, detergent and a sponge. Make sure the sponge is not abrasive or it will scrub off the non-stick coating. Any dish detergent should do the job.

One way is not to use metal cookware when cooking with your frying pan. The best kinds to use are the hard plastic kind as these will not scratch up the surface. Another good idea is when you are washing your pan out not to use harsh scrubbers like brillo pads as these will surely scratch the bottom of your pan up.
