Remove the egr valve from the tracker. The valve can be soaked with carburetor cleaner, to loosen stuck material, Wipe out loose build up, then wash with carburetor and allow to air dry. Re install the now cleaned valve.
Remove the valve and spray it with carburetor cleaner. Use a screwdriver to get the carbon out of the ports. Clean the mounting surface off and reinstall with a new gasket.
