You should get 18m boxes, 100% fertile clean meadows, flax bedding for the boxes, get your comps running, get good horses in your EC, 100% health care, carrots, and health mashes.
That just means how big the area is. Like for meadows, you can choose to buy in the stores small, medium, or large.
A fertile meadow is a little better quality then the non fertile meadow but the fertile meadow is better to grow crops on.
