No, a Honda Rancher 350 carburetor will not work on a Honda Rancher 400. The difference in the sizes of the 350 and 400 carburetors are not compatible with each other.

It is a 420cc motor. Such as a Honda Fourtrax "400" is a 400cc.

Mostly hanging on the end of the cam shaft, but check the fuel tank.
Plug one end to the Petcock and the other end to the Carburetor......
if it starts i might need the carburetor tuned or cleaned or check the spark plug gap

With stock(24") tires it will run about 54 mph on speedometer. At least that is what mine used to run. Also varies on motor condition, mainly how much compression you have. Also the type of ground you are on. Road = faster. Hard dirt= not as fast. Real loose dirt= not that fast 2002 Honda rancher 350 es goes 65 at top speed on pavement.
