As in start over? Hmm. It's hard these days to clear criminal backgrounds. With all the technology, computers, scanners fingerprints etc. Your best bet is to move to a completely different country, like Russia for example. However you will need to get past your countrys border, and you need a passport for that. So you could try for a fake passport or smuggle your way into Russia, which isn't hard atall because no one goes there by choice.

Added: (in the US) every state has an expungement law. Check with your states statute on this subject to see if you qualify. Generally speaking, only one expungement, of one crime, is allowed per lifetime. There is no such thing as a "blanket exopungement" that will entirely erase someone's record of all their offenses.
