You, or an attorney acting on your behalf, will have to contact AL authorities and find out what you need to do. Just because you are in CA does not make the warrant (or the reason for it) go away.
If there is a warrent of your arrest them no you cannot live the country or fly some where eles wiithout being caught
A warrant for your arrest? Probably not. To be clear, convicts are not allowed to visit other convicts. Thus, you must be convicted of a crime. If you are arrested and not convicted, then everything is alright.
Call your parole agent!
If you have a warrant out there, they ( police ) can do pretty much whatever they want ( within reason & depending on where you live ) to arrest you.
Well, to the best of my knowledge, if an arrest warrant was issued, all it means is that you are to be arrested. However, since you may not be aware, you cannot be punished. Having said that, if you are avoiding arrest, it may classify as obstructing justice, and you can be punished, depending on where you live.
If there is a warrant issued for your arrest regarding the missed appearance, yes.
nothing
If a court ordered you to appear and you didn't, then a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
You don't have a legal obligation to turn someone in, even if you know they have a warrant for their arrest. However, if you allow that person to live with you and purposely hide them from the police, you can be arrested for harboring a fugitive.
Yes. Otherwise your drivers license will normally be suspended and they can issue a warrant for your arrest.
Potentially. The court in Florida will issue a Failure to Appear warrant for your arrest in that state if you miss your court date without proper notice. Consequently, if you were to be driving in Florida and pulled over for a traffic stop, you could (and probably would) be arrested. Additionally, if your name happened to be run through a police database by an Alabama officer, the warrant from Florida would show up. The best and easiest way to deal with it would probably be to contact the magistrate's office in the jurisdiction responsible for the ticket and arrange to mail a payment.
Tennessee will issue a warrant for your arrest and report it to the national center. Then your license will be suspended.
