By warning lights, do you mean the "check engine" light? If so, you can take it to an auto parts store (i.e. Advanced, Autozone, etc.) and they have a scan tool that they can clear it with. They shouldn't charge you for it. However, if you have a problem that is causing the light to come on, it will just come back on. There's a lot of information on the internet about removing the battery cable for 10 minutes to one day, removing the ECU fuse in the fuse box, etc. However, this did not work on my 2001 RX300.
Also, if you fix whatever is causing your light to come on, it should eventually go off after you drive it for a while.
Reduce speed and keep a sharp look out for children crossing, until you are clear of the area.

To clear warning lights on the dash, ie: low tire pressure, change oil soon, etc. Look in the fuse panel on the dash when you open the passenger door. Hit the reset button and it will clear.

Check to see if all the wires are connected at the abs sensors especially at the rear wheels ---- Sounds pretty weird, but a typical brake job does not normally have anything to do with the ABS system / warning lights. The combination of ABS & Traction Control warning lights is a key indicator that one of the wheel sensors has failed. See "Related Questions" below for more specifics regarding the ABS sensors.

The P0300 is a multiple miss-fire code. The P1130 & P1135 are fuel air metering codes. Generally speaking you want to fix the first fault code in the list if you pull multiple codes at once. One code can cause other codes to appear. Fix the multiple miss-fire problem, clear the codes and see if the other two comeback.
