The building at the Statue of Liberty (1882 AD, 10 o'clock) does not have the bowl, but rather the notebook for Leonardo DaVinci (1516 AD, 4 o'clock). To reach it, climb to the very top of the scaffolding and jump hard left. The stone bowl (for the Great Wall of China, 1593 AD) is on top of a tree at the Lewis and Clark camp (1805 AD, 8 o'clock). To get it, jump before the squirrel sticks his head up. To return it, climb the rope at the Great Wall and jump left from the very top. (see the related question for item locations)
