To climb walls in RuneScape you must first become a member, which can be done at a minimum cost of £3.50. When you are a member, climbing walls requires you to have the correct agility level to use the obstacle. If your agility level is only 1, then the place to train it is the Tree Gnome Stronghold to the far north west of the members world. There, there is a no risk agility course that can be used to gain agility experience.
Once you have the level, all you need to do is click. However, some walls require objects like ropes, and so you must bring these with you and use them on the obstacle. You can check to see whether or not they need the object by clicking on the agility icon in the skills tab and looking at the list of obstacles. In this it should tell you the level required to use the shortcut and anything that might be need for it.

∙ 13y agofirstly, its a members only feature. secondly, there are a select few locations where you can climb walls (needing a certain agility level and usually a mithril grapple), marked by a green arrow icon on the minimap.
