First to get in the battle tower, you have to beat the Pokemon league and get the national dex.(Follow these steps
1. Have an empty box in your p.c.
2. deposit 1 to 5 Pokemon in the empty box
3. Save the game
4. Withdraw the Pokemon
5. Go over to the link up multi battle
6. When it starts to save, you'll see a little pause. Turn the gba or ds off.
When you look inside your party and your p.c., you'll have the same Pokemon that you PUT in your p.c.
