you can only get without a Nintendo event or gameshark by owning fire red and going sout west of third island and in a pokeball you find a mystic ticket and itll let you sail to birth island and farawy island (fing ticket on a small platform) Faraway island is mew and birth island is deoxys

Within reason. You need to have Raquaza, Groudon, Kyogre, The Regis, and the Latis. All others legendaries (Jirachi & Deoxys) aren't needed. Yes that is right, and also here ae some action replay codes for deoxys in emerald: Use both of these and go to the ferry in lilycove an talk to the ladythat ets you into the ferry, then turn the action replay off. on the island there is deoxys. Also i dont consider this as ceating as there is no other way to get deoxys apart from going to a ninteno event. I think the Nintendo Events for these tickets have long stopped the only way now without going to the event would be to use an Action Replay Cheat Device and use a magic door code to warp you to Birth Island were Deoxys Awaits

No. No you will not. It will take some time to get all the Unowns & to get Deoxys, you use Mystery Gift, get "AURORATICKET" go to the boat in Vermilion, the guy will notice and take you to Birth Island. Then you do the Puzzle and Deoxys. (This will not work w/ out a wireless link or w/ out going to Nintendo event however...)

You don't. The rumor that you can get Deoxys by lining up the level of the Lati@s you caught with the number of successful rocket launches as told by the guy in the mossdeep space center is a lie. The only way to get Deoxys is by using the Aurora Ticket and going to Birth Island. (Or using Action Replay to do so)

The only way to catch Deoxys is by going to a Nintendo Event (which already passed), or get Deoxys from a friend who is willing to trade one via Wi-Fi or via Wireless connection.

There are many ways to get deoxys. * Gameshark * going to birth island. * full national pokedex, then talk to the guy in the space center who is lookin out the window. * beat the elite four 3 times * waiting for successful launch #62-64. * trading for him. There are probably more ways to do it that i don't know, but that's for starters.
