It will take some time to get all the Unowns & to get Deoxys, you use Mystery Gift, get "AURORATICKET" go to the boat in Vermilion, the guy will notice and take you to Birth Island. Then you do the Puzzle and Deoxys. (This will not work w/ out a wireless link or w/ out going to Nintendo event however...)
