How do you close the warfang gates on spyro dawn of the dragon?

First of all kill all the monsters that come in, then go up to the gate and depending on what platform you have it on ( it should say what to press on the screen) you would have to press a button , keep pressing it to the gate closes, then once it does you only have a short time, use spyro's fire and go up to the 2 dragon tourches on both sides of the gates and light then up. Then you have to keep the gates closed as the monsters will try to push them open until the fire meets the middle of the gate. Hope this helped!!

Run up to the gates and MASH the square buton until the gates are shut. Then beat up enemies or collect red gems for health, but do it FAST! The enemies on the other side of the door will start to break through. You will know when it is happening because a ray of white light will illuminate the crack in the door. When this happens, drop EVERYTHING and race back to the door. Mash the square button again until the light disappears, do this until all the enemies on your side of the door are gone and the doors are shut. Then QUICKLY run to the dragon's head on the either side of the door and, as Spyro, flame it until it lights up. Keep the doors shut again, and light the other dragons head. All you gotta do then is keep the doors firmly closed by mashing the square button as necessary until the flames reach the middle of the door and seal it.
