To not worry, you should try and be as stress free as possible. Even if you are not stress free, you must try and think relaxing and soothing thoughts that calm you down. Also, I find it helps if you take a few minutes out of your day every day to reflect on things and think about your hopes and goals and work on your plan to get there. Once you do that you will be well on your path to being worry free!

By convincing myself that worrying only makes the situation worse since that nothing becomes better by worrying; by analyzing the possible outcomes of the situation and the impact of the outcomes, most often seeing that the impacts were not so bad; by actively trying to remedy the situation as best I can. When I have done my best, there is nothing left to do but wait and see the results.

Try to focus on your breathing and be as prepared as possible. Also share it with someone. Tell someone "I am nervous"
