ok well first i use marijuana to come down from my panic attacks, if that's not the issue, try breathing deeply and telling yourself it's all in your head
what you have to do is you just rest....if you rest you will be fine and come down off a marijuana high and if you eat and drink a lot it should help.

Yes, there are. Personally, I had a panic attack, and my eyesight got much worse.. Yet, after a week of trying to calm myself down, my eyesight got better again. I even when to the eye doctor twice because of this.
