generally you do feel some sort of withdrawl symptoms when you are coming off narcotics - however with help from your GP or other medical professionals - you will be able to cope with one symtom at a time. I have been living on narcotics for four years now (will my GP's help) due to a chronic pain disease and when we change over different medicines -all has to be done slowly or my sight becomes effected and I become very sick with withdrawal symptoms. I recommend never doing it cold turkey because it may send your body into shock.
