Well, read and if possible watch both scenes. Now look for things which may be similar. Are the Characters the same? Are they both set in the same place? What is the tone of the scene: is it about fighting or about love? Do the characters say similar things? Do they use similar imagery? Are there many people in the scenes or only a few? Does a character have a soliloquy? Is it a public or private scene?

That's just a start.
