Basically, on the left you have 1 N, 3 O and 5 H atoms. On the right, you have 1 H, 1 N and 3 O atoms - leaving 4 H atoms doing nothing. Since a molecule of Hydrogen has 2 atoms, you need 2 atoms to balance the equation.
