You have to change the settings under "Report Settings". Scroll to "TX Report" and select "Output Yes". I think that it defaults to "Error Only" so that you only get a report if there is a problem, but changing to "Output Yes" gives you a confirmation of a successful fax transmitted.
You can also change it through the machine's Remote UI if it is connected to a computer or network.
