It is a bit hard to connect 500 computers to a network, but this is how to start:
1. You will need a server / login server
2. Get software the has the power be the manger of the software
3. Get a domain
4. Link all the computers up to the domain eg : something.local
5. Connect with admin rights
6. Start login with " something\username "
7. Get team viewer to view all computer clients
That's just basics.
If it is just a wifi network:
1. START>CMD>OPEN Type " ipconfig "
2. Copy down the ip it will be like 10.0.0.0 / 192.168.0.1
3. Type in the url box
4. Username : admin : Password : password ( Default )
5. There will be a a box with wi-fi settings
6. Click " How Many Clients Can Be Connected "
7. Click 500
8. Done!
