Go to the town gate and talk to Copper. I'm pretty sure you say "I wanna go out" and click the option that has "DS" in it. By the way, if you do this, you will lose your wii game. Copper tells you more than I can about this but I hope it helps.

∙ 15y agowhat you have to do is when asked by rover if you want to create a character select move from the ds then get your ds on ds download play and it will come up with moving van click on that.

It isn't possible to move your character from animal crossing wild world to animal crossing city folk. The only type of connection between ds' and wiis is that you can download your town to a ds and then un-download it to another city folk game to visit another friends town. You cannot connect the ds game to the wii game whatsoever.
