There are many places one might go to purchase a Dell Axim X30. In addition to the official Dell brand website, one might also try purchasing from the Amazon website.
I suppose you meen Personal Digital Assistant, ie a PDA or a pocket PC. A good pocket PC/smartphone would be ideal for keeping everyone updated on the progress of something (eg repairing an electrical substation) or what has broken and needs looking at (eg fire extinguisher) I have a qtek 9100 and a dell axim x30. The qtek is a smartphone, but it can't go on the internet or email unless it is connected to a wifi network, as there are better ones available that let you do that on the mobile phone service provider. The dell is just a pocket PC, but the top model for it has bluetooth and wifi, but no phone. I would suggest using a blackberry storm or an iPhone 3GS. Hope I've been helpful.

The Phiten Tornado is Phiten's newest, greatest thing. Therefore they would argue that it is better than the x30. In my opinion, they both don't work but of course like many others, I own one. If I were you, I'd just purchase an x30 to save you money.
