you have 2 hoses .a pressure line and a return line .the pressure line is steel while the return is rubber hose.
Bolt the heater core into place, with the four retaining bolts. Connect the water supply hoses. You might need to bleed one of the hoses to get the water flowing through the heater core.
cut all the hoses and wires and hook a chain to it and rip it out.
check radiator cap for wear. defective cap can cause radiotor hoses to collapse.
Take off the belts then the hoses then the belts holding it on.

Remove the belt from your 1969 Chevy power steering pump. Remove the power steering pump hoses. Remove the power steering pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new power steering pump.

Thereservoir is located on the passenger's side toward the back of the engine and it's under hoses and pretty hard to see but it's black so you need a long skinny funnel and make sure that no debris gets inside the reservoir
