I'm not really sure but I think u can't...
Yes you can, but it is kind of tricky. First, buy a USB to 3.5mm adapter. Next, buy two 3.5mm "Y" adapters (one for the mic and one for the audio). Last, buy two 3.5mm wired headsets and connect them all together. This will allow two players to chat with other on-line players at the same time. This does not work for game sounds or audio from other media like movies, only for chat. Unfortunately, this does not work for USB headsets or Bluetooth headsets.
yes you can
Google "Sena SM10" & there are several sources of info' on the first page of links, some of which include a review also. I just bought one of these & I don't have it yet, but from everything I found out from extensive research, this is a very solid, well-made, excellent device via which you can connect an audio device (e.g., Mp3 or phone) to two (2) bluetooth headsets enabling two people to listen to the same audio at the same time.
Yes, but it is a little tricky. First buy a USB to 3.5 mm plug adapter. We could not find it locally, had to buy online ($5 plus shipping). Next buy two 3.5 mm y adapters ($5 each). Last buy two 3.5 mm plug headsets ($10 and up). Unfortunately this will not work for USB headsets. We tried several different ways, including a USB hub, and could not get it to work.

You don't need to do anything special to establish the connection - if both devices are playing a local multiplayer game, the two should see each other and let you connect. You can't connect them like say two networked computers to share files though.
not at once.
No they are two different games on two different systems and do not have the ability to play against each other
Bluetooth, this is also used to connect the phone to handsfree systems in cars, headsets, etc.
No, the PSVita's bluetooth only pairs with audio devices like headsets. Two nearby PS Vitas could just connect via ad-hoc wifi anyway.
Is it possible to connect two excel workbooks connect data from one to another?
Two way radio headsets can be purchased at a variety of retailers. Some of the online retailers include eBay, Amazon, Rugged Radios, Walmart, and Radio Shack.
