For the vast majority of works, you would work with the publisher rather than the estate.

Where to get ballet shoes with flat tips?

these are called pointe shoes and you should get them when your teacher says that you are ready...you can get them at any dance store that sells ballet shoes, and i would recommend using Suffolk or Blochs.

Pointe shoes for wide and strong feet... low arches... slightly tapered... and average length toes?

I would go with a Grishko Elite. Those are very good for wide feet. Also, any kind of Blochs work too. And then there are Russian Pointes. Those are very hard. There are lots of different varieties of them so i suggest you try them all :)

I am trying to find a GOOD pointe shoe for my type of feet. I have Bloch European blances size 6. XXXX and they are OK but not the best. I have-Slightly slanted toes. kinda peasnet style. WIDE feet?

MY ANSWER HAS BEEN IMPROVED!!! PLEASE READ!Same problem. I have European Balance too (and same size... I think), but looking for new ones. The heel of the European Balance has this stupid padding that digs into my Achilles and the shoe itself doesn't look pretty on my foot. (LOVE THE PLATFORM, THOUGH!) I have wide feet, strong feet, low arches, slightly tapered toes, and average length toes.***PLEASE TRY RUSSIAN POINTE RUBINS! At first, I thought I hated them. They are very different from Blochs. But once you get used to them, they're wonderful. They are very wide with a big platform. Much different style than the Blochs though. Different feel too. It took me a good month to realize how much I love them, but I encourage you to give them a try. Blochs looked like a boat on my foot, even though they fit my foot correctly. They were always very heavy. Like in jumps, they always weighed me down. Russian Pointe Rubins are lightweight, wide, and they look beautiful on your foot. If you don't like these, also try the new Russian Pointe Luminas. Similar to the Rubins, just a different feel that you may prefer. Please message me at Tedroxie0222 and keep me updated.

What are the best pointe shoes for wide feet and strong feet?

Capezios are great shoes for wide feet, but they are also good for narrow feet! Blochs are also good! I have Capezio Arias, and they are almost perfect. They have one small problem though. Go to the site that I posted below and go to the discussion page to see what's wrong with my Capezios.I_am_a_young_dancer._I_have_had_my_pointe_shoes_for_about_3_or_4_years._I_wear_Capezio_Arias_size_6_and_a_half_XXX_and_I_have_narrow_feet_with_a_high_arch._I_need_to_find_the_right_shoesThat's probably the only problem! (:

What shoes are best to wear for long toes?

It depends. If you are talking about pointe shoes, Grishkos are a good brand because they are thin, slender, and they make your feet look skinny and long (which is pretty good (: ). Capezios are used mainly for people with shorter, wider toes, but I wear them and I have skinny and normal-sized toes. If you are talking about normal, flat ballet shoes, then I have nothing much to say. There are MANY brands of flats, and I wear Angelo Luzios, but Blochs or other kinds might be just as well.

I am a young dancer. I have had my pointe shoes for about 3 or 4 years. I wear Capezio Arias size 6 and a half XXX and I have narrow feet with a high arch. I need to find the right shoes?

Hi, I would like to give some further advice. I spent years trying to find the right pointe shoe and I now have plenty of knowledge. It does depend on your foot, but generally, Capezios aren't well made. I wore the Arias for one class, and I immediately realized they were completely lopsided. In other words, the platform wasn't straight, but, instead, in a total diagonal. Very odd. I thought they were defective, but every pair I have had, there seems to be another problem. For your foot, I would recommend Russian Pointes based on the information you provided. They have many different styles to choose from for narrow feet. I would also recommend to get a flexible shank because they are great for high arches. They provide flexibility to show off your arches, but they won't break easily. I believe they provide flexible soft, flexible medium, and flexible hard. If you could message me at Tedroxie0222 to give me some more information so I could recommend further that would be great. I need to know how strong your foot is, the length of your toes, if your toes are tapered or straight, your street shoe size, and if you need a low, medium, or high crown. Russian Pointes have so many options and can fit many feet. I wear them and I must say they are a completely different feel from Capezios, Blochs, etc. At first, I hated them, but once you get used to them, you'll be in heaven. I encourage you to at least try, but please do message me, so I could give you advice on styles, vamps, crowns, shanks, and sizes. About the bruised toenail thing, I am wondering what pads you use or if you use any at all. Please let me know this information, as well. You also said that the bruised toenail recently happened. Have you recently changed your toe pad? It could also be that pointe is always changing your foot. One month the Arias could be the perfect shoe and another they could be totally wrong. It's possible that your foot changed and the crown is now too low. Or it could have been a problem all along, but it recently became noticeable. This could be a result of a low crown, too much padding, no padding, or too hard of a shank. Lots of info... I know. Pointe's like rocket science. Lol. But please message me at Tedroxie0222. 1. Juliet Pointe shoes are good size XX or XXX size 4 or 4.5. 2. Mirella academy pointe shoes size 4.5 X 3. Sansha "recital" Shoes size 8 Narrow have you gone in for a shoe fitting? it's likely that your arch is making the shoe worse, which will make your toes hurt. could it be maybe that you broke them in wrong? because that's what happened to me, and i had to go buy a completely different pair. the second pair fit my foot better because i have a high arch and i needed a REALLY strong shank. so remember that just because it may be expensive doesn't mean that's its the best for your foot. after all, everyone's foot is different :) message me if you need any more help? :P yayadolll
