Basically, you can't just call him up and talk on the phone, or email him or whatever. It's very very hard to actually contact him. I've spoken to him on the phone, and visited his house, but only because I'm in the music business, in the recording industry. What you can do though, is try to find connections. For example, you can email him on YouTube, which i did a few times, and Steve actually personally replies once in a blue moon, and i was lucky to be one, or you can email his websites admin or whatever. You can also try the Ask Steve Questions or whatever section of his blog. There are a few ways like that, and you can ask around and what not, but be sure to be responsible always :).
